Meet the CEO
Hi there! I’m Raven Lawrence, the founder and CEO of Radiant by Rae. I started this brand in May 2021 right here in Detroit, inspired by my love for self-care, beauty, and all things luxurious. Like so many of us, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life’s demands and in need of something simple yet effective to help me feel like my best self. That’s exactly why Radiant by Rae was born—to help you glow from the inside out with skincare that’s as thoughtful and radiant as you are.
When I’m not busy crafting new body oils or dreaming up ways to elevate your self-care routine, you can find me doing Pilates, sipping on green juice, or decorating my home (I’m obsessed with making things feel cozy and chic). I believe self-care isn’t just a treat—it’s essential, and I’m passionate about helping women feel confident, cared for, and unapologetically radiant.
