Shipping policy

All domestic orders will ship out within 3-5 business days through USPS, excluding major sales events and any natural disasters. All expedited orders will ship out the following day. Once items are shipped it typically takes 2-5 days to receive your package after dispatched from Radiant by Rae depending on your location and shipping method at checkout. You will receive a notification at the email address used at checkout with a tracking number to further check your shipment once it has shipped.

We will ship to the address given at the time of checkout. Radiant by Rae is not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages confirmed as delivered, but not received are the customers responsibility to locate. Once packages are dispatched from Radiant by Rae, we are no longer liable. We are not able to locate lost packages on our end. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
