All domestic orders will ship out within 3-5 business days through USPS, excluding major sales events and any natural disasters. All expedited orders will ship out the following day. Once items are shipped it typically takes 2-5 days to receive your package after dispatched from Radiant by Rae depending on your location and shipping method at checkout. You will receive a notification at the email address used at checkout with a tracking number to further check your shipment once it has shipped.

We have a strict no return policy due to sanitary purposes, and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 business days after your order has been delivered.
